Do I need prior armorer certification?
No, not for our Basic/Beginner courses. They are designed as true entry points for working on the platform. Prior maintenance experience is recommended for our Intermediate and Recertification Courses.
How are private agency classes handled?
Private classes stay off the public schedule and are delivered by direct link or coordinated scheduling. Capacity, approvals, payment and communications are tailored to the client.
When is my seat fully confirmed?
After you pay, your seat stays pending until the instructor approves your registration. Your dashboard and confirmation emails will show whether you are still pending or fully confirmed.
What happens if I book a spot in a course and then have to cancel?
If you cancel more than 14 days prior to the course's scheduled start date, you will be refunded the cost of the course minus a $50 processing fee. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the course's scheduled start date, you will be charged a $200 late cancellation fee and refunded the rest of the cost of the course.
